One, work with pre-retirees and early retirees to bring focus to their financial position and give them confidence in this stressful financial time.

Two, work with clients in the early stages of their career to establish the habits that will lead to a comfortable retirement.

A Winnipeg local, Josiah spends his time away from the spreadsheets with his wife and kids, reading a good book, or serving in his local church community.

At Pathway Wealth, Josiah focuses on providing Canadians with total peace of mind by mapping out the numbers and navigating the mental side of money as they transition into and enjoy retirement. He specializes in building deeply secure financial plans that take the guesswork out of wealth management and turn stressful surprises into bearable inconveniences.

Luisa Portillo

New Client Coordinator

Luisa is often the first point of contact at Pathway Wealth. She helps guide new and existing clients through the initial steps, explaining how the team can support them in making the most of their finances and investments.

She works closely with clients to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience, helping coordinate next steps and keeping communication clear and organized.

Outside of work, Luisa enjoys staying active, coaching CrossFit, spending time with her family, and playing with her kids and her dog.
